We are moving to Texas from Oklahoma in two weeks. We close on our house here on August 29th. We are somewhat flexible on the exact location of the house.
We are looking for an OWNER FINANCE home. We need 4 bedrooms. We would prefer a home with a small acreage or a pool/spa combo.
We would like payments under $1500 but would consider more for the right house.
We are a husband/wife for 15 years and have three children - ages 1, 5, and 7. We are moving to Texas so my husband can teach.

I've got an RB that wants a single story 5 bedroom house in Mc Kinney TX.  We have gotten specific location details from her just yet but as I get them I'll update this post.  She seems flexible on payments but I'll have her commit to a solid max in the week.
