I just received a call from a guy who says he's in the North Section of Ft. Worth, near Lake Worth, and The Marine Creek Lake area, (where ever that is) ....I'm across the state in Lubbock.
He has a 5/BR, 3 1/2BA. 2-CAR.
He says he's going to be leaving the country for an extended period and would be interested in a lease if he could'nt sell it outright.
On the surface, it sounds like it might be a deal for somebody.
