I have worked a deal with a couple RE agents. In pay them 1% to field the calls from my yard signs. He explains how the NEHTrust works, how they can become the RB, sells the dream of homeownership and sets an appointment with me at my office so I can explain the program. He gets lots of referrals for his real estate business (most of his RE commissions come from the contacts that call on my signs). He also gets 3% buyers agent commission from the seller when we buy properties. We buy pretty regularly because I get partners with money to become the settlor beneficiaries on the properties we partner on. Try it you'll like it.

I have 7 Keller Williams buyers agents (not counting Gil from the Sub To group yet)in five offices that are interested in helping me with landtrust. I plan to be the "second broker" to agents and officers all over DFW. What thier first broker can't do, I'll do.
