I am all for Technology. I have been in the business for 20 years. As long as you have a valid contract that can hold up in court I don't see any problems with it. What do you plan on doing?

I use digital signitures all the time since over half my business isn't within 1000 of me. Even when I do business in my own backyard I never go to peoples houses or have them come to my office. Everything is done via Fax, Phone and Email.
